It is a Joint Stock Company formed by voluntary union of the Heavy Industry Project Institute, the Light Industry Project Institute and the Food Industry Project Institute.

The majority shareholder is the National Bank for External Economic Activities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The Company has in its active the following results:

• training seminars in regional centres of the republic with participation of the local chiefs, experts and businessman are realised;
• more than 720 project offers from the businessmen covering all regions, practically all branches of economy are selected;
• sociological research in regions is realised;
• a monograph on estimations of efficiency of the projects is prepared;
• guidebooks for the businessmen are prepared;
• albums of the typical design offers are issued;
• the exhibition - "Agrotech-97" in Tashkent (May 1997) is organised;
• the seminar-presentation in Khorezm region with participation of foreign companies accredited in Uzbekistan is organized (April 1998);
• feasibility study for small, medium and big projects in Uzbekistan including project management.
